What information do you provide that I might need while boating?
We will go over everything you need to know about the vessel you are renting…an orientation on boating, safety, safety equipment location and use…all the “rules of the road (lake)”.
We are very knowledgable of the lake but also provide you with a detailed lake map with all the “HOT SPOTS” on the water. From Copper Canyon, Steamboat Cove, Sand Bar, Pirates Cove, private beaches, Indian Petroglyphs, and Topock Gorge.
You can also download a full set of USCG safety documents and a Lake Map from our site.
See Downloads.
What if the boat sustains damage during my rental?
It is hard to damage a boat or pontoon as long as you are doing everything properly. You are responsible for damages to the boat caused by you, someone with you, or another watercraft. The boat will be examined upon return and you will be presented with a cost for repairs within 48 hours. Your $500 security deposit can be used to pay for all or part or of the repairs. Remember, we are in the business to rent watercraft and not to make money off damaged equipment. We will treat you fairly and honestly should an unfortunate accident occur.
Do I get my security deposit back?
Yes, provided you return our boat free from damage and there are no missing items from your check in process. If there are any issues, you may choose to have the cost of repairs taken from your deposit, by another credit card, or with cash.
Do I get my reservation fee back?
Your reservation fee is paid to hold the boat for the date you requested so we don’t rent it to someone else. This fee will be applied to your full rental charges. (This is separate from your security deposit).
This fee is only refundable in the following instances:
- For a non-holiday reservation, we ask that you cancel at least 7 calendar days from your rental date.
- For a holiday reservation, we ask that you cancel at least 14 calendar days from your rental date.
What should I bring for the day?
We can provide an ice chest and a bag of ice, and a case of bottled water. Feel free to pack drinks, lunch, snacks…whatever you want. Bring towels, sunscreen, camera, chairs, floats to relax in the water!
Do I have to launch the boat?
We transport you and the boat to the launch site We can launch the boat for you, if you prefer and we will pick you up at an agreed upon time at the same ramp.

Our typical rental times are 4 hours (1/2 day) and 8 hours (full day). If your needs are different from our typical times, please call our office at (928) 680-6151 to see if we can accommodate your schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?

Is there a cleaning fee?
Normal cleaning is expected such as vacuuming light sand and a basic wipe down. If the boat requires more than normal cleaning, there will be an additional cleaning fee starting at $100 which will be deducted from your security deposit.
